We collect only the information you choose to send us. Through the Join form, that is your first name, last name, email address, and any optional comment or message you choose to add. If you subscribe to new articles, we also collect the email address you provide for that subscription. If you apply for a position, you send us your full name, the place where you live, your CV, and, where the position requires it, a portfolio or writing sample, by email to info@eofreedom.org.
We use that information only to reply to you, to keep in touch about joining, to send new-article emails to subscribers, and to review job applications and contact candidates. Only the Echo of Freedom team members who review applications can see them. We keep applications only as long as we need them to consider you for a position or for future opportunities.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except as needed to run the website and email service. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, and you can ask us to delete your information, including your application, by writing to info@eofreedom.org. No bank or payment information is requested or collected through the Join form, on the site, or in job applications. If you are selected for a paid position, we will explain separately how payment details are handled.
